This Automatic Horizontal Wire Pull Tester is suitable for applications such as catheter wire tip testing, the motorized designed
with speed control allows testing forces from <2lbs to >1000lbs of bonding testing, until it breaks (destructive testing) or until a
pre-defined force is reached, (non-destructive testing).
When the strength of a wire is critical to your manufacturing process, this automatic tensile testing machine is a must to keep on
the bench.

Easy slide process of product into holding and tip tester fixture.

Motorized carriage with speed control

Digital Display with preselected force feature that allows system to conduct a non-destructive test.

Easy visual display (LED Pilot Light) to show a Product Test Pass, (Green Light) or Test Fail, (Red Light).
•
Pilot Light remains ON with last result, until a new Cycle Start is initiated.
•
Two (2) options to start the test cycle, Push button on Control Box or Foot Switch under the bench.
•
Interchangeable non-metal grommets for different wire diameters.
•
Visual alarm when Carriage is not at home position on Cycle Start.
•
Visual alarm when Air Pressure is not detected on Cycle Start.
•
Automatic return of the carriage to the home position at the end of the cycle.
